Who Ships Your Alkatide Order

Orders are fulfilled by the official seller, not by this site. We can point you to the right place and explain how it normally works, but we cannot look up an order or change an address for you.

Processing And Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within one to two business days. After that, typical delivery windows look like this:

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on the three and six bottle packages. Smaller orders may carry a small shipping charge, and international orders may attract customs duty or import tax that is set by your country, not by the seller. The checkout page shows the exact figure before you confirm.

Tracking Your Order

You should get an order confirmation by email straight away and a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. If the confirmation has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder before assuming something went wrong.

If Something Goes Wrong

Late parcel. Give it two business days past the top of the window, then contact the seller with your order number.

Damaged parcel. Photograph it before opening if you can, and contact the seller the same day.

Wrong address. Contact the seller immediately — before dispatch it is usually fixable, after dispatch it usually is not.

Marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and your building first, then contact the seller.

Storing Alkatide When It Arrives

Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, with the lid closed properly. Gummies are more heat-sensitive than capsules and will stick together in a hot car or a sunny windowsill. Do not refrigerate unless the label tells you to.

Check the expiry date on arrival and keep the bottle away from children.
